Safeguarding Our Young People Best Practice Visit to Germany

On the  01/07/22 to  08/07/22 two of our staff members visited Stuttgart in Germany to participate in the Safeguarding Our Young People Best Practice Visit, which was hosted by our long term partners SKJ Remms Murr. After the last visit to Spain, we were fortunate enough to reunite with our other partners Escolapia Salt (from Spain) and Hermes (from Croatia). We were able to visit a variety of local provisions for young people, including schools and both voluntary and statutory youth services available to young people in the Baden-Württemberg and wider Stuttgart area.

We are now on our way to producing the safeguarding handbook and corresponding e-learning materials combining our shared knowledge. Many thanks again to SKJ Rems Murr for hosting such a fantastic week.
